Session plans are individualized based on skill level of the athlete. However, most sessions will be formatted similarly, starting with a dynamic warmup, allowing for mobilization and activation of key muscle groups. Next we progress into moderate conditioning skills applicable to the athlete's sport, followed by stationary skill work and/or open skill work that will make up the bulk of the session. To finish up, the athlete would do drills or isometric exercise that emphasize focus while tired, followed by a cool down that may involve low intensity exercise or stretching.
