I'll start with the basics: I'm Adam, I started working in the fitness industry after going on a fitness journey of my own, losing 200 lbs in 14 months while simultaneously bulking muscle, once I got to my goal, I continued to educate myself and found that this is really a passion of mine. So now I am a certified personal trainer and carry one million dollar liability insurance.

I train all kinds of clients, no matter what their goals are, their age, gender, single or multiple people private and group sessions too. No matter what your goals are, weight loss, tone up, muscles, bodybuilding, just to firm up and lose a few lbs, etc, I will train and educate you in a way that helps you accomplish those goals.

The first session we spent half going over goals and doing a fitness assessment, and the last half talking about nutrition (very important to results), and doing a short workout with any time we have left. After that on each session we spend 5 minutes with any follow up questions and go over what you've been eating, then start a customized workout based on your fitness goals.

An example of a client training session I did recently was taking them through a series of weight lifting workouts targeting two muscles, through a whole hour until that muscle is completely fatigued, this causes the most break down of muscle fibers and causes the greatest growth in muscle size / volume / strength.

Another example was a client who is doing rehabilitation workouts with me, he can not get up from a seated position, so we used resistance bands to work on the upper body, and did little workouts with his legs such as leg extensions, seated adductions, and calve raises with weight being distributed on his knee. This gradient approach is coupled by a strict nutrition plan so that the client can lose enough weight so that he may walk again and progress to other workouts little by little.

I was amazed with how good my experience with adam was! I never thought through online, and texting it would be good, but coach adam made it a good experience! He took me through and explained very well, types of supplements, nutrition and workouts. He answers any questions you have and gives a very clear explaination about it. Adam is the best suit for my son. I have been searching for something to help my son to lose weight and Adam was that xmas miracle sent to answer my prayers.

I was skeptical at first because I'm a female and I kind of just wanted a nice rear end and a firm stomach to be completely frank, I didn't want all the arm muscles. At first I was afraid I would be forced into a full bodybuilding workout but Adam took my wants and needs in mind and we ended up working on my glutes and legs as well as core mostly. He also did explain it's good to strengthen your whole body, but that we can focus on these areas for the most part, and also gave me info on what to eat that will help speed up the process. I'm really excited and happy from what I got!!

I went into this not really knowing much about how to eat or what to do at the gym, Adam took everything step by step and really broke it down well. He started by measuring my fitness abilities or lack thereof haha, and he did a great job of giving me workouts that were within my ability but still quite challenging and gave me incredible insight on foods to help me with my goals. I had an amazing experience, and am surely going to use him again!

Adam was a great coach, very informative not just about correct form and workouts but about nutrition and how it affects the way your body will look. He also knew alot about how the body works, and seemed to understand what was going on beyond just knowing workouts. Adam spotted some imbalances in my body and weaknesses that need to be addressed and corrected my form when I was not doing it right. He was patient with me, and gave me a good push without being too much like a crazy drill Sargent, I enjoyed the flow of how it went and will be re-hiring soon!
