More About Coach Adam

I was an assistant Track & Field Coach with Greenville Christian School in Spring 2016.
I helped create daily and weekly running workout plans for our middle school and high school athletes.
I assisted in teaching Physical Education classes.
I gave nutrition tips and facts to help better performance.
I gave weight training workouts and taught our athletes how to lift weights properly.
We had 8 athletes make it to regional track meet. Coming in 1st in the open 400, 1st in the 4x400 relay, 2nd in the 4x200 relay, 2nd in the long jump. We had 5 athletes make it to the TAPPS State Track Meet for their first appearance in school history.

I was an assistant Track & Field Coach with AAU Track Club Dallas Blaze in Summer 2016
We had 11 athletes make it to the AAU Junior Olympics in Houston.
We had 2 1500 meter athletes make it, 2 different 4x100 relays make it, an open 200 runner and a 100 meter hurdler make it.

I am a former Track & Field athlete for Texas A&M University - Commerce, 2011-2014.
1x NCAAII All-American Track & Field in 2014 for the 4x400 relay. With a time of 3:09.37. Also broke our schools 4x400 relay record at Texas Relays. Then going on to break our own record 3 more times and setting the school record at the NCAAII Track & Field Championship in Allendale, MI in 2014.

I am also a 3x USTFCCCA All-Region Track & Field athlete for the 4x400 relay 2012-2014

Depending on what event the athlete does.. We will warm up for about 25-30min to get the athlete successfully warmed up. Then we will begin our workout. Once the workout is completed we will finish our workout with a cool-down run and follow up with some abdominal workouts. Depending on the day we will lift weights after our cool-down and then follow up with abdominal work.
