I have coached skill training, vertical jump training, performance training, and strength training of all levels from toddlers to pros. I have also coached at the high school level, a lot of U14 teams, and a little at the professional level.

I played 4 years of college basketball.
After which I went on to play professionally in Europe and Asia for 5 years. I still travel to other countries frequently for coaching opportunities and also playing as a current professional.

I have played basketball in Spain, Thailand, Dominican Republic, Finland, and Thailand.

I have been an MVP in several competitions, and a top scoring player in various leagues at the college and pro levels.

As a top performing professional,in a basketball workout I implement all parts of the core game (dribbling , shooting, cardio) with an emphasis on scoring in creative ways and shooting in game situations. I am analyzing body language, confidence levels, and technique to ensure my clients are able to use my training to accomplish their goals.

For younger players I teach them all aspects of the game in a way that is exciting and fun for them but also productive.

For more experienced players, depending on their goals I will adjust the workout plan. A lot of players' focus is too make their next basketball team, whether high school, college, or pro so I am looking at them also from the perspective of a decision making coach. I identify their weaknesses and strengths.
