I have coached shotput, javelin, and discus for 10 years. I coach athletes between the ages of 12 and 18. I am the girls and boys throwing coach for North Brunswick Township High School in Middlesex County NJ. I have coached multiple state sectional and group qualifying athletes. I am also a AAAI certified personal trainer, who has worked at LA Fitness and New York Sports Club. I also coach football for Linwood Middle School in North Brunswick Township, and have coached wrestling at both Linwood Middle School, and North Brunswick Township High School.

After gaining my AAAI certification, I shifted my focus to competing in NPC bodybuilding. I have placed 1st or 2nd in multiple competitions.

Each session starts with a warmup consisting of light stretch and mobility exercises. Each exercise is directly related to the events the athlete is preparing for. Next, athletes participate in technique drills utilized to emphasize the essential functions and movements necessary for performance. After working or technique, athletes perform in the event that is focused on for the session. This allows for correction in technique, as well as the implementation of new drills. Finally, the athlete is left with points of emphasis for practicing at home.
