Coach Abdul is one of the best! I originally selected Coach Abdul from a great pool of trainers here in the Atlanta area, due to his communication skills and outstanding credentials. We have not been disappointed. We have had two sessions, and I see why he is so highly recommended and respected in the community! When we first signed up with Coach Abdul, he immediately asked about strengths and areas of improvement for my son. We discussed, and he came up with a plan based on our conversation. From the beginning of the first session, I knew my son was in for a challenge. Coach put him through a series of drills to assess his abilities, and worked him out! It was great, and my son, though worn out, enjoyed it immensely. He is now building on the areas of improvement with my son, again working him hard. There is no down time with Coach Abdul! In a couple practices with his indoor team, my son has already shown improvement. I highly recommend Coach Abdul due to his effective communication skills, outstanding resume, passion for training our youth, and his commitment to my son's growth. Working with Coach Abdul is a great opportunity for my son--who could ask for more?

Coach Abdul is fantastic! I'm 40 and I play an amateur league every week. I needed a coach to improve my technical skills and Abdul is a perfect fit. His session are extenuating but they worth every single drop of sweat. His corrections are precise, not overwhelming. He keeps you doing, not thinking! (like a real game). After 4 sessions I already noticed a huge improvement in my weekly match.

Of course, Coach Abdul is himself an extremely talented player, but he is also able to leverage his own skills into compelling, effective training sessions. Coach Abdul comes fully prepared to each session with all the relevant training aids (balls, cones, rope ladders, etc) and a well-structured plan to build on the player's strengths and develop their weak areas.
