More About Coach Aaron

I have been a Division I Strength and Conditioning Coach for over a decade. I have also worked in a high school setting. My resume includes stops at South Carolina State University, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Elon University, North Carolina Central University and East Carolina University I am certified through the NSCA and USA Weightlifting.

I played football at East Carolina University where I was a 3-year starter and 4-year letterman. During my college career, I played in 44 games and started 36 straight games including 3 bowl games. I also played one season of Arena Football for the Richmond Speed as well as overseas in the GFL for the Assindia Cardinals.

I have experience with a variety of training modalities for physical development. I can cater each session to the needs of the client. The type sessions depends on what the focus is for that day and the overall goals of the client. Typically each sessions starts with an extensive warm up and ends with some type of core work. If you want to improve athleticism we will focus on balance and agility. If you want to improve your body image we will do some anaerobic training. If gaining strength is your goal, I will get you stronger through the use of various principles periodization.
