Like many others I began playing basketball in grade school and immediately fell in love with the game. I continued playing into my junior high and varsity years and continued to work on my game to improve, once I graduated I was away from the game for awhile and when I began coaching in 2003 it rekindled my love of the game and I have been involved with it every since. Coming from a small school in WV there were not many opportunities to continue playing after graduation and coaching basketball has became a life saver and actually a way to unwind for me.
Focused training for getting better at the game of basketball. In my clinic I currently run we focus on dribbling, shooting, defense and conditioning. In one of my sessions you will feel like you have been through a complete game by sessions end. Sessions are high energy, intense sessions and are quick moving to avoid boredom and to help with conditioning. A typical session would begin with some stretching and light sprints before going into some ball handling and reaction drills, then the main action starts with constant shooting, defense, rebounding, footwork, dribbling drills with short quick breaks.
