I worked as an assistant coach during the 2019 season, with duties such as working with cornerbacks 1 on 1 and in small group settings, programming, coordinating drills and breaking down film; co-coaching with WRs and LBs.

Start with a dynamic warm-up consisting of light cardio and progressive stretching.

With continuing sessions, athletes can expect to work on game situations drills, catching, footwork, overall better athlete.

Sessions can be filmed and edited by me with notes of pros/cons for improvement at your position.
