More About Coach Aaron

I have coached the game of basketball for 17 years and enjoy every moment of it. I have coached from the intramural level to the Armed Forces level (equivalent to Collegiate and Semi-pros). I possess a Bachelor Degree in Sports and Health Science with a Concentration in Coaching. I have been the Head Coach of two Military Post teams and I have served as the Assistant Coach for the 2010 and 2016 All-Army Women's Basketball Gold Medalist Team. I also served as the Assistant Coach for the 2016 Armed Forces Team USA Women's Basketball team, where we select the most talented group of ladies to compete against international teams such as China, Brazil, Canada, France and Germany. In 2016, I successfully started a men’s and women’s team after 10 plus years of absentee from the Southeast Military Athletic Conference (SEMAC). Men’s team finished 1st place and became regular season League Champions and the ladies was runner up in their Conference. Voted Coach of the Year for the men’s conference and received the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal (MOVSM) for an exceptional season. We are currently apart of the Atlantic Coastal Military Basketball Conference (ACMBC), where the men's team finished 1st place and was crowned the Regular Season Conference Champions. I was influential in my Point Guard receiving the Conference Player of the Year Award, and currently a finalist for the Military Basketball Association (MBA) Player of the Year Award. I am also an Assistant Coach at Bradwell Institute High school for the 9th, JV and Varsity Female basketball teams. We achieved success in 2018, by winning the Georgia High School Association (GHSA) Regional II Girls Varsity Championship and going on to play in the Elite 8 State Playoffs game. I have trained male and female players ranging from the age of 8 up to 33 on the basic and advance fundamentals of the game, preparing them for their upcoming season or Armed Forces/International competition. I currently do not have any industry certification, just my degree in Sports and Health Science.

Growing up I played basketball, but was never afforded the opportunity to attend camps with higher level of competition. I played a couple years of high school basketball, but not enough to afford me the chance to play college basketball. I can play the game and I understand it very well. I feel my calling in the game of basketball was to Coach, because I am a great leader.

First I will conduct a evaluation on the client current skills, sit with them and inform them on what I think would be beneficial for them succeeding over time. My initial session will consist of a series of shooting drills, dribbling drills. passing drills. If I am afford the opportunity to continue to work with them, we will continue on with the drills almost perfecting them and then we will move on to some of the toughest drills of all: defensive drills, boxing out, show and recover, etc...I would continue to adjust as time goes on, working to get them better in their strengths, but focus more on the challenges.

Coach Aron is great. He was very professional and encouraging. After one session he has built my son’s confidence and self esteem for the game in which he loves. I look forward to more sessions with Coach Aron because of the potential he sees in my son and his enthusiasm he has about training him. Thank you Coach Aron

My son had three one-on-one sessions with Coach Aaron. Each time he came away smiling and with more confidence in his skills. Coach Aaron provided immediate corrections to his form and gave him drills to work on at home to improve. He is excited to continue training and book more sessions. This is the kind of one-on-one training that I have been looking for and happy that we have finally found it.

Harry had a great first training session with Coach Aaron. After his training session Harry mentioned that this was the best training workout that he has had. He is very excited to continue training with Coach Aaron. As a parent, I found the Coach to be very professional and communicate well with my son.

Coach Aaron was awesome. My son is very athletic, competitive and loves a good workout. Coach Aaron did just that. My son left his session feeling accomplished. Now he cant stop raving about it and is eagerly waiting for his next session. Thanks coach

My son has had the pleasure of working with Coach Aaron for three sessions now. He’s a coach that actually knows the game and knows that the fundamentals is key. He takes the time to know the players strengths and weaknesses. He challenges your strengths to push it to the next level, and reveals your weaknesses to strengthen them. I highly recommend Coach Aaron for your athlete.
