Our Thanksgiving Series training is aimed to help the players execute basic technical skills with the ball while also encouraging positive reinforcement.

This camp will run for 3 days during the week, 1 hour and 30 mins within each age group from 9am - 12noon.

Location: Collier Park

Dates: November 23-25, 2023

Age groups and times:

• 5-7 & 7-9 @9:00 am - 10:30 am
• 10-12 @ 10:30 am - 12pm

The session will be 1 hour and 30 minutes and focus on the following:

Technical skills

• First touch on the ball
• Passing & Receiving the ball
• Controlling the aerial ball
• Dribbling with the ball
• Running with ball
• Turning with the ball

Physicality

• Speed, Agility and Reaction
• Acceleration & Deceleration sprints

Psychological:

• Positive motivation
• Mental preparedness

Game-like Scenarios:

• 1v1, 2v2, 3v3
• 2v1, 3v2, 4v3
