This class is directed toward athletes swimming or aspiring to swim at the SENIOR level. Principles to be explored include (but not limited to) catch in relation to rotation, head position and body line, and backstroke starts.

Clinics consist of video (or board) explanations, group discussions, demonstrations and drills in and out of the water, and partner work (teaching is knowing!).
