Kundalini Yoga from 9am-11am
In these special two hour classes we will delve into a complete yogic practice, combining breath work, physical postures,
mantra, meditation and deep relaxation for an experience of
merging with the infinite, while tuning up all parts of the self.
The sets and meditations taught during this series will work to
systematically strengthen the nervous system, increase mental
clarity, expand the aura, and invite in a deep experience of
vibrant health and radiance, with each week’s practice
building upon the last.
Kundalini Yoga is an amazing tool to ‘keep up’ with the
increasing pressures of the technological age in which we live,
and thrive. No previous yoga experience is required, Kundalini
Yoga is for everyone!
