I am keeping the max number of athletes to 5 so we can keep the group small and work on what each individual needs. You will not only receive personalized help but will be able to run with a small group.
We will go over pre-running drills and stretches, correct running form, cool down and post-running stretches as well as injury prevention and strength training.
