- 2 hours a day
- Morning option (8-10 am)
- Late afternoon option (5:30-7:30 pm)

TUESDAY: Speed/Agility/Quickness/Injury Prevention day
THURSDAY: Strength/Conditioning/Injury Prevention day
Summer Goal: Become Faster, Tougher, more Technically Sound athletes through proper technique execution and cognitive development. This will lead to big plays, loud cheers, confidence, and more opportunity.
