Our first Heroes fitness bootcamp

Hi Everybody I have update on Fitness Bootcamp.

The class will begin next Friday on July 19th at Elite athletes performance gym in South Miami 6808 SW 81st Miami FL 33143 

The class time 3pm to 4pm. 

Please plan to be there by 2:45pm so you won't be late doing the class

Please let me know if you have any questions or comments on fitness bootcamp everybody is welcome to bring a friend to class
