Group coaching with a trainer with up to 6 players. We will work on a variety of different baseball/softball related skills. Our group training is our most popular option due to its affordability. Also, players find it fun to train with other players around.

00:00 to 15:00: Stretching & Agility, Speed & Conditioning
15:01 to 25:00: Arm Strength Drills, Throwing Drills
25:01 to 30:00: Throwing Accuracy Competition
30:01 to 35:00: Fielding balls in air/ground
35:01 to 40:00: Fielding Competition
40:01 to 50:00: Hitting on Field, Hitting on Tee, Base-running
50:01 to 55:00: Offensive Line Drive Competition
55:01 to 60:00: Ball Pick-up, Field Clean-up, Cool down
As you can see, this isn’t the type of practice where the kids just stand around. We guarantee that!
