These clinics are intended to focus on basic fundamentals of football and athleticism including basic rules, concepts, techniques, mechanics, footwork, agility, speed, and anything else that football has to offer!

From throwing dimes as a quarterback or juking a player out of their cleats as a receiver to snagging a pick-6 as a defensive back or stuffing a run at the line of scrimmage as a linebacker there is so much fun to have learning and competing in the game of football!

Rough Schedule:

10:00-10:10: Athlete check-in

10:10-:10:20: Introduction to Coach and learn each other names

10:20-10:30: Stretch

10:30-10:40: Agility circuit

10:40-10:45: Water break

10:45:-11:00: Football drills/games/competitions

11:00-11:05: Water break

11:05-11:25: Flag football game

11:25-11:30: Athlete check-out
