Each week, we’ll focus on the key fundamentals that make great players stand out, including:
- Dribbling & Ball Handling – improving control, creativity, and confidence
- Conditioning & Speed – building endurance and explosive quickness
- Athleticism & Body Control – moving more efficiently and powerfully
- Basketball IQ – making smart decisions in real-game situations
- Footwork & Fundamentals – mastering balance, pivots, and movement
- Post Moves & Finishing – developing strong scoring options inside
- Game Situations – applying skills in live-action drills and scrimmages
Here’s how the 75-minute session breaks down:
- 0:00 – 10:00: Dynamic warm-up & conditioning
- 10:00 – 25:00: Dribbling and ball handling
- 25:00 – 40:00: Footwork, speed, and body control drills
- 40:00 – 55:00: Offensive skill work & post move development
- 55:00 – 65:00: Basketball IQ drills & situational reps
- 65:00 – 75:00: Scrimmages, live play, and cool down
We’ll end each clinic with live scrimmages so players can put what they’ve learned into action in a fun, competitive setting. Whether you're working to make a team, stay sharp in the off-season, or simply love the game—this clinic is for you.
