This will be a 2 hour clinic to work on pitching mechanics and to develop a pitching repertoire. There will also be a large focus on the mental game of pitching and a healthy dose of conditioning so bring plenty of water! Mandatory to have cleats, baseball pants (if more than 85 degrees, shorts), glove, t-shirt (if less than 50 degrees, long sleeve), and hat (worn the correct way). Ages 12-22 can apply!
