Event Description:

Baseball – Advanced Pitching & Hitting (Ages 10–12)

90-Minute Sessions | 45 Minutes Pitching • 45 Minutes Hitting

Program Requirement:

Athletes must already be somewhat advanced and able to throw, catch, and hit with consistency and control. This program is designed for competitive players preparing for higher-level travel or middle school baseball.

This advanced development program focuses on building repeatable mechanics, increasing command, generating controlled power, and improving competitive execution in game-like environments.


Pitching Development (45 Minutes)

Mechanical Sequencing & Velocity Foundation

  • Lower-half drive and hip/shoulder separation
  • Efficient arm path and release consistency
  • Direction and mound presence

Bullpen & Command Training

  • Structured bullpens with intent
  • Fastball command to all quadrants
  • Change-up development and spin awareness (age appropriate)

Situational Pitching

  • Pitching from the stretch
  • Controlling the running game (footwork focus)
  • Pressure-count simulations

Arm Strength & Care

  • Structured throwing progression
  • Long toss variations (space appropriate)
  • Recovery and arm maintenance routines

Hitting Development (45 Minutes)

Power & Sequencing

  • Ground force and rotational efficiency
  • Lower-half engagement and bat speed development
  • Adjusting to pitch location

Advanced Cage Work

  • Tee to front toss progression
  • High-rep timing work
  • Off-speed recognition progressions

Situational Execution

  • RBI rounds
  • Two-strike approach work
  • Competitive scoring systems

Game-Speed Competition

  • Live or controlled reaction rounds
  • Pressure-based hitting challenges
