Fall is rapidly approaching...is your son ready? We have a great youth football culture in the KC area! But with limited time and resources, many young athletes don't take the time to properly prepare for the demands of the upcoming season. This can lead to higher injury risk, not to mention decreased performance potential. Sometimes, this can even lead to athletes losing their passion for the sport.


This 3 week camp is designed to give your young football player (ages 8-11) an advantage heading into team practices.


Each hour long session will include:


  • Dynamic Warmup
  • Sprint Mechanics and Acceleration Work
  • Agility and COD Training
  • Medicine Ball or Body Weight Exercises


Great for building fundamental movement skills, general fitness, strength, speed and confidence!
