The 2020 track and field season ended before it really got started. You will need to do more than just build your base this summer, you need to make up for the missed training this spring.
Aerobic development will be our main focus and Multilateral Training of the five Primary Physical Components: 1) Speed, 2) Strength, 3) Flexibility, 4) Coordination and 5) Endurance, will be emphasized. This summer's training will include Long Runs, VO2 max Days, Hill Workouts, and Tempo Runs.
