Summer Lamorinda Girls Speed & Agility Clinic (Small Group Training)
Looking for speed training for girls in Lamorinda this summer?
This small group speed and agility clinic for female athletes is designed to help girls improve their speed, strength, and overall athletic performance in a focused, supportive environment.
Athletes will work on:
- Sprint mechanics (acceleration and top speed)
- Agility and change of direction
- Explosiveness and power
- Strength and stability (hips, core, and single-leg work)
- Injury prevention, including ACL risk reduction
This program is ideal for middle and high school female athletes in soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis, softball, and more.
Training is kept in a small group setting to ensure individualized coaching and high-quality instruction.
📍 Located in the Lamorinda area (Orinda / Moraga / Lafayette)
🗓️ Mondays, 5:30–6:30 PM
☀️ Summer sessions beginning June 8
Spots are limited to maintain a high level of coaching.
