This interval session will be open to runners of all levels, novice to experienced. The workout will vary in distances, from 400m to 1000m reps. Every runner will have a specific pace based on their current fitness or ability. The main goal of this workout will be to improve endurance and stami. It’s great for 800m to 10,000m runners. However, anyone looking to improve overall fitness is welcomed.
