This speed camp is designed to improve athletic development by incorporating proven speed development methods that are tailored to every sport.
My main focus areas are:
- Improving proper sprint mechanics
- Top speed acceleration training
- Improve lateral movement with agility drills
- Enhance strength for speed, and conditioning with body weight training
This clinic offers youth and high school athletes a chance to set goals and achieve them before their upcoming season. Spending the summer in this clinic will improve their skills to transfer into their game.
