I'd like to start this weekly-extra work day where we do the COMPLETE stretch routine, and we do it right!!! Focusing on increasing flexibility, gaining strength, & even getting quicker and or faster. After a complete stretch, we play catch, focusing on mechanics of throwing and long toss the correct way..
