90 minute sessions with former PHS head football coach. The focus will be on strength and conditioning using kettlebells, sandbags, sled, resistance bands, and more. In addition, there will be some football specific agility drills and conditioning plus some football specific skills and drills like safe tackling (without pads), stance/starts, pursuit, and then individualized position drills.
