Ages: 8-11
This session is dedicated to Speed & Agility and Strength & Explosiveness training. We also work on Football ball skills and movements. This is somewhat like an off-season program for youth athletes. We will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is a very unique group session that focuses on developing athletes overall athleticism but caters to football players.
*There's also a $10 monthly gym fee not included in the price.
