This training program will include 1-hr strength and conditioning sessions in the weight room, performance mindset coaching sessions, tips on how to stand out in tryouts, and guidance on how to play at the collegiate level. There will be mandatory weekly assignments such as skills training, mindset activities, goal setting, etc. for players to complete at home. Assignments will be submitted to Coach Justine for review and feedback will be provided for further learning. This bootcamp is for rising 8th-12th grade girls who have been introduced to the sport and are serious about playing at a higher level.
