The goal for these training sessions is to provide an opportunity for Fort Mill players to improve their fitness level, agility, running form and flexibility in preparation for 2024 season. Participants will learn some basic and advanced concepts to gain a competitive edge on and off the soccer field through a variety of track & field methods including:
- Leg/Lower back warmup & stretches
- Increase power/explosiveness using plyometric techniques
- Upper/lower body running form analysis
