8 - Week Goalkeeping Academy

Come join Coach Rodriguez for a weekly goalkeeping training session. All ages and skill levels are encouraged to attend.

We will focus on:

• Goalkeeping Footwork, Movement, Positioning and Communication.
• Different Saves and Catches including proper diving techniques.
• Distribution (Goal Kicks, Throws, Punting, etc.)
• Dealing with Crosses.
• 1v1 Situations.
• Penalty Shots, Free Kicks, Building a Wall, etc.

Coach Rodriguez holds a USSF National C Coaching License as well as a Level 1 Goalkeeping Diploma from United Soccer Coaches (formerly the NSCAA).
