During this time when we are all out of the gym, why not take the opportunity to learn more about YOUR gymnastics in a different way?

There couldn't be a better time than now. It's unfortunate and stressful to think about, but this is a time when our community of gymnasts, coaches and judges must take a break--a break from doing things the way we are used to doing them. So why not be creative, and look at this as an opportunity to reflect on and assess what you have accomplished in the gym?
