Event Description:

Group speed training sessions are designed with the young athlete in mind teaching proper exercise mechanics and safety. The program commits to reinforcing the proper running fundamentals (knee drive, arm action, and ankle flexion) in conjunction with age-appropriate strength and core exercises.


This program is essential to youth athletes of any and all skill levels. Even though in a group atmosphere the workouts are personalized and catered to the benefit of each individual. Any of our workouts can be modified for our clients that have injuries or want to slow the pace.


Time: 1 hour (approximately)


Equipment: Water, sweatshirt and pants with shorts and t-shirt underneath, socks and athletic shoes (for comfort, preferably running or training shoes)
