Event Description:

This is a group workout - come and find out what a sprint workout on a track team is like. The session will start with a warmup jog and drills, followed by a sprint workout. You will be given your times and splits. This is a weekly event - if you want to improve your sprinting (both physically and mentally) without breaking the bank, this is the perfect way to do it. Feel free to send me any questions prior to the event.
