Looking for a daytime PE or athletic development program for your homeschool student in Los Altos? This small-group class gives homeschool students ages 8–14 an opportunity to build speed, strength, coordination, agility, and confidence while developing fundamental movement skills.
Students will work on:
• Running and sprint mechanics
• Speed and acceleration
• Jumping and landing skills
• Age-appropriate strength training
• Agility and change of direction
• Balance, coordination, and body control
• Overall athletic development
This class is appropriate for both youth athletes and students who simply need a structured physical education experience. Skills can transfer to soccer, baseball, softball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, track & field, and other sports.
As a credentialed Physical Education teacher, youth performance coach, and former classroom teacher with an M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction, I combine quality instruction with athletic development to help students learn how to move well.
When: Thursdays, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM

No previous sports experience is required. All ability levels are welcome.
