Event Description:

1. On-Field Skill Development (60 minutes)

Advanced Ball Mastery & Control

  • High-tempo ball mastery with movement and scanning
  • Directional first-touch into space
  • Weak-foot emphasis under time pressure

Passing, Receiving & Combination Play

  • One-touch and two-touch passing sequences
  • Give-and-go patterns and third-man runs
  • Receiving on the half-turn under active pressure

Pressure & 1v1 / 2v1 Scenarios

  • Attacking and defending 1v1 at game speed
  • 2v1 decision-making: pass vs. dribble
  • Transition moments (win it → play forward quickly)

Game Speed Tactical Play

  • Positional rondos (numbers-up and numbers-down)
  • Small-sided games with constraints (touch limits, directional play)
  • Emphasis on spacing, communication, and quick decisions

Competitive Play & Confidence Building

  • Timed challenges and competitive points systems
  • Match-realistic situations to simulate game pressure
  • Focus on leadership, composure, and confidence on the ball

2. Strength & Conditioning with BANDO Performance (60 minutes)


Tailored to soccer's demands: explosiveness, lateral quickness, stamina

  • Warm-Up & Mobility
  • 3 Dimensional Dynamic warm-up focusing on different movement techniques/strategies. 
  • Full body mobility and flexibility 
  • Strength Training
  • Full body strength training, education and execution of basic foundational exercises that yield the most results for increasing athletic performance.
  • Explosiveness & Agility
  • Vertical and horizontal force development
  • Rotational Power and core stability development
  • Speed development (resisted or un-resisted)
  • Conditioning / Game Shape
  • Metabolic conditioning for the sport of soccer
  • Partner competition drills to mimic tryout intensity
