Summer Baseball-Peak Performance Program
July 6 – August 12
Monday and Wednesdays 10:30am- 1:30pm
Our Summer Baseball Peak Performance Program is designed to help players stay sharp, confident, and competitive throughout the summer months. This program blends high-repetition skill development with structured strength and conditioning to support long-term athletic growth and on-field performance.
Players will train in age-appropriate groups to ensure the right balance of instruction, challenge, and competition.
1. Baseball Skill Development (90 Minutes)
Each session focuses on building complete baseball players through quality reps, feedback, and competition.
Hitting Development
Athletes work on swing consistency, timing, and approach, with an emphasis on applying skills in competitive situations.
Fielding Development
Players develop defensive fundamentals, footwork, glove work, and throwing accuracy across multiple positions.
Competitive Games
Every session includes competitive baseball games and challenges designed to reinforce skills, encourage teamwork, and build confidence under pressure.
2. Strength & Conditioning with BANDO Performance (90 Minutes)
Training is specifically tailored to the physical demands of baseball, focusing on explosiveness, lateral quickness, and stamina.
Warm-Up & Mobility
- 3-dimensional dynamic warm-up focusing on multiple movement strategies
- Full-body mobility and flexibility work
Strength Training
- Full-body strength training
- Education and execution of foundational exercises that drive athletic performance
Explosiveness & Agility
- Vertical and horizontal force development
- Rotational power and core stability development
- Speed development (resisted and un-resisted)
Conditioning / Game Shape
- Baseball-specific metabolic conditioning
- Partner competition drills designed to mimic tryout and game intensity
Age Groups
Ages 7–10
- Emphasis on fundamentals, coordination, and confidence
- Learning proper habits through fun, fast-paced reps
- Games that promote engagement and enjoyment of the sport
Ages 11–14
- Increased intensity and game-speed execution
- Refinement of hitting and defensive skills
- Competitive situations that mirror real game demands
