Event Description:

Cross Country Training typically starts on Memorial Day weekend and concludes on Labor Day weekend. Runners who wish to have a great season should start counting their miles on Memorial Day. I will be offering weekend workouts as preseason preparation. Runners that attend will have the opportunity to train as a group and I will also provide a detailed schedule on a weekly basis to ensure runners will be on target for a great season ahead. These sessions are also good for any runner wanting to build a solid training foundation. See you soon! Coach Dan
