Great news!!! We are thrilled to announce that for our 3rd year in a row, we are offering a WIVLF Summer Youth Boot Camp! Our 1st training session will be Thursday, 19 July 2018, at 3:30 PM; & we’ll thereafter meet 3 x per week (i.e., each Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday from 3:30-4:30 PM), for a total of 12 sessions. Our final training session will be Tuesday, 14 August 2018, at 3:30 PM. All training will be conducted at The Salvation Army Wichita West Orchard Corps & Community Center (1910 S.  All youngsters aged 12-19 years (both male & female) are warmly invited to take part in this WIVLF Boot Camp! The training promises to be fun, safe, & effective for all participants, offering the following distinctive features: ♦ Training sessions will be organized, blended, & sequenced so as to encompass virtually every major facet of well-rounded, comprehensive physical fitness; ♦ Each participant will receive a free WIVLF t-shirt as part of the Registration Fee; ♦ At the conclusion of the 12th & final session, we will host a short graduation & awards ceremony, publically presenting the following awards: * Perfect Attendance Award (given to each participant who takes part in all 12 training sessions), + separate male & female awards for each of the following: * Hustle or Spirit Award; * Most Improved Award; * Top Performer in each of the WIVLF Modular Sub-Disciplines (MS-Ds) Award (see more details about WIVLF MS-Ds, below, in Paragraph A4); & * Top Overall Performer Award.

We will organize, blend, & sequence our training sessions by taking from or drawing upon a wellspring we like to call our Warrior IV Life Fitness (WIVLF) - 7 Modular Sub-Disciplines (MS-Ds)
