This class will explore and address specific challenges of freestyle swimmers in their developmental stages.

Note:

-Growing up isn't always so simple when you're a swimmer. Prepubescent and pubescent swimmers need time to grow into their bodies, which is why we need to put more emphasis on body line and drills.

-Clinics consist of video (or board) explanations, group discussions, demonstrations and drills in and out of the water, and partner work (teaching is knowing!).

*Minimum preferred age is 10.
