Wednesday Basketball Skills Workout (Ages 11–14)
Take your game to the next level with our weekly basketball training sessions designed for athletes ages 11–14. This high-energy workout focuses on developing fundamental skills, improving basketball IQ, and building confidence on the court.
Each session will include:
- Ball-handling and dribbling drills
- Shooting technique and form development
- Footwork and agility training
- Layups and finishing moves
- Game-like situations and competitive drills
Our goal is to help every athlete grow their skill set while learning the importance of discipline, teamwork, and effort. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to sharpen their game, this workout provides a positive and structured environment for improvement. The workout will be held outdoors.
When: Every Wednesday, 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
