9:15-9:45 - Swimming Drills, Pacing &
10:00-10:45 - Biking safety, technique &
11:00-11:30 - Running drills, packing & training suggestions
11:45-12:15 - Training Nutrition and Race Nourishment (Please bring lunch, refreshments provided)
12:15-12:30 - Equipment, Clothing and other Tips for Success
12:30-1:00 - What does it take to compete at the college level in Women's Triathlon
