Event Description:

In the off-season, it’s important to maximize your time in the gym. A well-planned off-season basketball workout program will give you the chance to fine-tune your individual skills when you’re not busy with practices and games.

In this 2-hour event athletes will learn the fundamentals of creating a training plan for the off-season. Each player will make 300+ jumpers and spend 30-45 minutes improving their ball-handling skills. Before the session is over each athlete will receive an Off-season Training Plan.
