These classes are designed for athletes focused on elevating their performance in key OL and DL positions. We meet twice weekly to build the power, agility, and strategy for linemen to excel on the field. After your skill work, head down the hall to Bando Performance for strength and conditioning work!
Each session includes:
- Position-Specific Drills – Techniques for stance, hand placement, footwork, and leverage
- Strength & Power Development – Exercises tailored for explosive power, balance, and durability
- Game Situation Training – Realistic scenarios to sharpen reaction time, field awareness, and teamwork.
- Strength Training- After 1 hour of skill work, spend the second hour improving your strength & conditioning.
