Event Description:

Soccer – Peak Performance Skill & Athletic Development (Ages 11-14)


This 6-week program combines on-field soccer skill training with performance-based athletic development to build confident, well-rounded players. Each session blends technical ball mastery, passing, movement, and tactical awareness with BANDO Performance strength and conditioning. Players will improve balance, strength, coordination, speed, and endurance — all while having fun through high-energy drills.


1. On-Field Skill Development (60 minutes)

Technical Skill Work

  • Wall Work & First Touch: Receiving and redirecting passes off the wall; controlling with inside, outside, and sole.
  • Short Passing & Possession: 2- and 3-player passing sequences with movement and communication.
  • Dribbling Under Pressure: Change of pace, directional control, and shielding.

Finishing & Decision-Making

  • Shooting from various angles and distances.
  • 1v1 attacking and defending drills.
  • Quick transitions from interception to counterattack.

Tactical Understanding

  • Positional Tactics


2. Strength & Conditioning with BANDO Performance (60minutes)

  • Warm-Up & Mobility
  • 3 Dimensional Dynamic warm-up focusing on different movement techniques/strategies. 
  • Full body mobility and flexibility 
  • Strength Training
  • Full body strength training, education and execution of basic foundational exercises that yield the most results for increasing athletic performance.
  • Explosiveness & Agility
  • Vertical and horizontal force development
  • Rotational Power and core stability development
  • Speed development (resisted or un-resisted)
  • Conditioning / Game Shape
  • Metabolic conditioning for the sport of Soccer
  • Partner competition drills
