*Class is for players with the following experience: Professional, Semi-Professional, Collegiate, High-Level Amateur.

We would love to see you there for our adult soccer training session. The session plan is as follows:

8:00am - Warmup

8:10am - Agility/Fitness

8:25am - Advanced Skill Development [Dribbling/Passing]

8:45am - Advanced Functional Play [Shooting/1v1/2v2/Small-Sided]

All training equipment will be provided - all you need is the appropriate clothing and either your soccer cleats or appropriate shoes. Shinguards are optional for the small-sided game however, they are strongly recommended to prevent injury.
