My training programs are a hybrid between in-person sessions and weekly virtual check-ins.
Each session will consist of training and evaluation in three dimensions:
- Physical Fitness
- LaxIQ and Mental Fitness
- Stickwork and Skillwork
Every player will have an individualized lesson plan and will leave the session with an action plan of work to be completed before the next session.
I believe one hour/wk is not enough for players to meet their elite level aspirations so I have created a plan to create a high-contact program even if we are not physically training together every day.
Players will receive daily skill and conditioning assignments that are in alignment with their goals, ability, and commitment. I will provide video feedback and instruction between in-person lessons.
