This event is designed to help prepare athletes for their upcoming basketball tryouts for traveling teams or any other recreational leagues. This 1.5-hour skill-based session will work on basic and intermediate skills that are most commonly evaluated in tryouts. Skills covered in this event will include but are not limited to ball handling, shooting form/basics, footwork, scoring techniques, and live-game scenarios. The event will conclude with players getting the opportunity to play one another in either 1v1, 3v3, or 5v5 formats. Athletes will leave this workout with the understanding of areas of improvement in order to make the team they wish to make.
