Event Description:
Join Coach Colleen and Coach Matt for lacrosse skills and athletic strength!

The girls will receive quality skill and development lacrosse work. Our small groups allow us to give specific training to your player. Athletes will learn and develop their skills in strength training, movement, nutrition and mental conditioning. We create a challenging, fun, competitive atmosphere that educates young athletes on the fundamentals of weight training. Athletes will learn age appropriate ways to challenge and improve themselves physically to see improvements in strength and speed. We Provide clear and specific feedback on every rep to provide the athlete with the tools needed to improve the skill set of running effectively.

Dates:
Mondays and Wednesdays from 3pm-5pm.
Starts June 26 and running through July 26.
(Break for the 4th of July, no lesson on July 3 or July 5).

Ages:
Incoming 6th through 9th graders.
